  • Have a healthy breakfast

  • Sleep well
    – This does not mean that you sleep for more than 12 hour. Sleeping for 8 hours is perfect as it gives your body the necessary hours to rest and repair the damage that happens through the day. It also increases your memory and keeps you alert. More than 8 hours or even lesser than that is bad for your body.

  • Become a little social
    – Meeting people and interacting with them can keep you happy and sane. It can also help you cope better with your worries and tension.? They not only prove to be an emotional support but also help you stay connected to the happenings of the society and the world.


  • Exercise

    – We are all taught the importance of working out from the time we are young, but as we age, we become more lethargic. Working out will help you remain healthy, keep your organs functioning better and also build your immunity. Above all, it will keep you in good shape.
