Precautions
If you are allergic to the active and inactive ingredients of Extra Super Tadarise 100 Mg, such as tadalafil, dapoxetine, or other ED or PE medications, such as sildenafil or vardenafil, avoid the medication.
Patients using nitrates or organic nitrate medication must avoid concomitantly applying the medication. Concomitant use of nitrates and the medication will cause hypotensive effects.
If you are on hypertension medications, you must avoid the ED & PE medication because it will lower the blood pressure further.
If you already have Hypotension, taking Extra Super Tadarise medication will reduce the blood pressure further down.
Patients with heart disease and significant pathological cardiovascular conditions must avoid the medication.
If you have liver disease, kidney disease, or lung disorders, avoid this medication.
Avoid this medication if you have eye diseases, vision loss in one or both eyes, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy, or high pressure on eyeballs.
Avoid Extra Super Tadarise medication if one has a bleeding disorder, blood cancer, leukemia, sickle cell anemia, stomach ulcers, or myeloma.
Patients experiencing hearing loss after administering the medication must stop and immediately consult the doctor.
If you have penile deformity or priapism, characterized by painful and extended erection after taking ED medications, avoid Extra Super Tadarise medication as well.
Patients with mania, psychiatric disorders, or severe depression can give Extra Super Tadarise medication a miss because it will worsen and aggravate the health condition.
Interaction with other medications
Avoid treatment with thioridazine or within 14 days of discontinuing the treatment. Avoid using thioridazine within seven days of discontinuing Extra Super Tadarise.
Avoid using Extra Super Tadarise 100 mg when undergoing treatment with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), other medicinal or herbal mixes with serotonergic effects, such as L-tryptophan, Triptans, tramadol, lithium, St. John's Wort, linezolid. Avoid using them within seven days of discontinuing Extra Super Tadarise.
Avoid the medication with alpha-blockers and antihypertensive to avoid hypotensive effects. Avoid this medication with alpha-blockers used for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition of enlarged prostate.
Avoid Extra Super Tadarise medication with potent CYP3A4 medications or treatments.
