What is Filitra?
Filitra tablets are a generic version of erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment. It contains vardenafil, which is a PDE5 inhibitor. The medicine helps in getting and maintaining a stronger erection, effectively treating ED in most men. Filitra is nothing but one of many generic versions of Filitra. It is as safe and effective as its branded counterpart. Vardenafil is one of the longer-acting ED medications, with the effects noticeable for up to 6 hours after dosage
How does Filitra work?
Like other PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil and tadalafil, vardenafil works by increasing blood supply to the spongy erectile tissue of the penile organ. This enhanced blood supply allows men who find it difficult to get or maintain an erection, to do so more easily. Please note that the medicine will not give you an instant erection without sexual stimulation. Simply put, Filitra helps men to experience an erection by boosting penile blood flow.
How effective is Filitra?
With Filitra, most men notice a stronger and longer-lasting erection. In some men, the drug may work quicker than other ED treatments. Filitra has been found effective in more than 85% of users, making it one of the ideal ED drugs. However, if it does not work, ask our doctor because increasing the dose could help. If you fail to experience its effect, try taking it 6 to 8 times on separate occasions before switching to another ED drug.
How to take Filitra pills?
Take your vardenafil dose as directed by your doctor. Take Filitra 10 mg about 60 minutes before you intend to have sex. Do not take it more than once a day. Allow a 24-hour gap between two doses. Open the blister pack only when you are about to take the pill. Make sure you take the tablet with a glass of water. Place the pill on your tongue and drink a glass of water. Who should not take Filitra?

Taking it with nitrates could drop your blood pressure to abnormally low levels, making you dizzy and drowsy. Similarly, patients taking alpha-blockers should not take this medicine. Filitra is not recommended to patients who had a recent history of heart attack or a stroke. Men allergic to vardenafil should avoid taking this medicine.
What are the side effects associated with Filitra?
Some of the common side effects associated with Filitra are nasal congestion, headaches, facial flushing, and nausea. These minor side effects generally disappear as the drug wears off of the body.
