Effect lasting: The effect of the pill lasts for around 24 to 36 minutes.

Dosage

The recommended dosage of generic Singulair is 10 mg tablet per day.
Take this medication in the evening to see the maximum benefits in treatment of asthma or allergy.
The dosage of this medication should be taken with full glass of water because it helps the Montelukast to dissolve quickly in the body and show the benefits.
When used for exercise-induced bronchoconstriction, the dosage of this medication is 10 mg two hour before the exercise.
