What is Snovitra Professional?
Snovitra Professional is a medicine that contains the active drug vardenafil. It is available in orodispersible tablets, containing 10 mg vardenafil. Orodispersible tablets, also referred to as sublingual pills, are tablets that readily dissolve in your mouth. Snovitra Professional is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) when men cannot get or keep a hard erection during sexual activity. For the drug to be effective, sexual stimulation is required.
How to use Snovitra Professional?
The recommended dose of Snovitra Professional is one pill, taken about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. These orodispersible tablets must be taken directly, without drinking water. If you take this medicine with a high-fat meal, the drug’s onset of activity and efficacy may be delayed. The maximum recommended dosage frequency is one sublingual pill only once in 24 hours. Avoid alcohol and grapefruits during dosage.
How does Snovitra Professional work?
The active drug of Snovitra Professional is vardenafil, which belongs to a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase-type-5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It acts by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, which normally breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). Inhibiting PDE5 stops cGMP degradation. During sexual stimulation, cGMP is produced in the penile organ, causing the muscle in the spongy tissue to relax and supplying enough blood for an erection.
How effective is Snovitra Professional?
Vardenafil in Snovitra Professional has been studied for years. One study conducted on more than 2,430 men with erectile dysfunction has found vardenafil is highly effective with less incidence of side effects. Another study has found that vardenafil is effective for men who have ED as well as diabetes. Additional studies have compared Snovitra Power orodispersible tablets with conventional tablets, which found that sublingual pills act a bit faster.
