Precautions
Allergy
You must determine if you are hypersensitive to tadalafil or dapoxetine before administering the treatment. Avoid the medication if you are allergic to Super Tadarise or other ED medications, vardenafil, sildenafil, or the inactive ingredients the tablet may contain.
Blood pressure
If you have blood pressure-related complications, uncontrolled blood pressure levels, hypertension, or hypotension, restrict yourself to a lower dosage or do not take it. Concomitantly using blood pressure-controlling medication may plummet the blood pressure level and prove hypotensive for patients. Talk to your doctor if you have such issues before he prescribes Super Tadarise tablets.
Nitrates
Avoid taking nitrates or organic nitrate medications if you are on Super Tadarise dosage. Nitrates are chest pain medication that reduces blood pressure. Taking Super Tadarise may increase the hypotensive effects of nitrates.
Heart disease
Avoid administering Super Tadarise to patients having pathological cardiac conditions, heart and cardiovascular disorders, heart blockage, heartbeat irregularities, stroke, heart attack, heart failure, or heart surgery in the past six months.
Psychiatric illness
Avoid the medication for psychiatric patients who have mental disorders, mania, or severe or chronic depression or taking treatments, as it may exacerbate the condition. Avoid patient has a history of mania, hypomania, or bipolar disorder.
Medications with interaction history
Avoid Super Tadarise medication if you are on thioridazine or within 14 days of stopping the thioridazine treatment. Do not administer thioridazine within seven days of stopping Super Tadarise.
SSRIs & SNRIs
Avoid Super Tadarise medication if you are using SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), SNRIs (selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors), tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), herbal products, or mixtures with serotonergic effects, such as L-tryptophan, Triptans, tramadol, linezolid, lithium, St. John's Wort (Hypericum Perforatum), or administering Super Tadarise within 14 days of using these products, or using these products within seven days of stopping Super Tadarise.
Alpha-blockers
Avoid taking alpha-blockers, hypertensive, or alcohol with Super Tadarise 80 mg because it will drip the blood pressure to a further low and trigger a hypotensive effect. Alpha-blockers help treat benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) or erectile dysfunction in some patients where the doctor may avoid Super Tadarise.
CYP3A4 inhibitors
If you take potent CYP2D6 and moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors, avoid Super Tadarise 80mg.
Priapism
Patients who have experienced predisposed priapism, a condition where a painful erection lasts over 5-6 hours, use it with caution.
Eye disease
Patients who have experienced vision loss in one or both eyes, eye disease, retinitis pigmentosa, non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), glaucoma, or pressure on eyeballs must stay away from Super Tadarise 80mg.
Hearing loss
Patients who have experienced a sudden reduction or loss of hearing must stay away from the ED medication.
Vasodilators
Avoid Super Tadarise 80 mg when used with vasodilation medications, such as alpha adrenergic receptor antagonists and nitrates.
Seizure
SSRIs reduce the seizure threshold. Hence, avoid Super Tadarise for patients who have developed seizures and unstable epilepsy. Even for controlled epilepsy, the doctor should monitor if he prescribed Super Tadarise because of the dapoxetine SSRI effect.
