Precautions
Do an allergy test for the active and inactive ingredients of Super Vidalista 80mg. If you are allergic to tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil, or dapoxetine, avoid the medication.
If you have heart or cardiovascular complications, significant pathological cardiac conditions, conduction disorders, significant ischemic heart disease, or valvular disease, avoid Super Vidalista 80 mg medication. If you have had heart failure, stroke, heart attack, blockage, heart surgery, chest pain, or irregular heartbeat in the past six months, avoid the medication.
Patients with hypertension (uncontrolled high blood pressure), taking blood pressure-lowering medicines or treatments, must avoid the Super Vidalista 80 mg medication because it may cause a dip in your blood pressure if used with blood pressure medicines.
Patients with hypotension (low blood pressure) must avoid the use of Super Vidalista 80 mg because it may plummet the blood pressure levels dangerously.
Avoid Super Vidalista Tablet medication if you have liver, kidney, lung, or bleeding disorders. Avoid if you have blood vessel disorders, stomach ulcers, blood cancer, leukemia, and myeloma.
Avoid it if you have eye disease or vision disorders, partial blindness, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), crowded optic disc, or high pressure on eyeballs.
Patients with partial hearing loss in one or both ears must avoid Super Vidalista medication, as the condition might aggravate.
Patients having priapism, where a painful erection lasting for over 4 hours, must avoid using Super Vidalista medication for ED. Patients with penile deformities also avoid the ED treatment.
Patients with psychiatric illness, severe depression, and mental disorders must avoid Super Vidalista 80 mg medication.
If you are using organic nitrate medication for treating angina (chest pain), avoid the medication because it might interact with Super Vidalista 80mg and plummet the blood pressure to a dangerously low level. Tadalafil has a hypotensive effect when used with nitrates.
Avoid taking Super Vidalista 80 mg medication with Guanylate Cyclase (GC) stimulators, such as riociguat.
Avoid concomitant treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of discontinuing MAOI treatment. Likewise, avoid using MAOI within seven days of discontinuing Super Vidalista.
Avoid concomitant administration of Thioridazine or within 14 days of discontinuing Thioridazine. Do not administer Thioridazine within seven days of discontinuing Super Vidalista 80mg.
Refrain from concomitant administration of SSRIs or medicinal/herbal products with serotonergic effects, e.g., L-tryptophan, Triptans, Tramadol, Linezolid, Lithium, and St. John's Wort. Likewise, do not administer these medicines within seven days of discontinuing Super Vidalista 80mg.
The contraindication of Super Vidalista holds for concurrent treatment with CYP3A4 inhibitors, such as ketoconazole, Itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir, atazanavir, etc.
Super Vidalista 80 mg is not for patients with moderate to severe hepatic impairment.
Patients with cardiovascular disorders using alpha-blockers, antihypertensive, or protease inhibitors must avoid the medication.
Avoid recreational drugs with serotonergic effects with Super Vidalista, such as ketamine, methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMAS), and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD).
