Precautions
You must do an allergy or hypersensitivity test for the active and inactive ingredients. If you notice being allergic to Tadora, tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil, or other ED medications or substances, avoid this medication.
If you had a heart attack, stroke, or heart failure in the past six months, skip this medication and talk to your doctor for alternative treatment for ED. If you have any heart or cardiovascular complications, such as blockage, heart surgery, arterial or blood vessel issues, or heartbeat irregularities, avoid the medication.
If you have hypotension or low blood pressure, avoid the medication because taking Tadora 20mg in such a condition will plummet the blood pressure to a dangerously low level.
If you have hypertension, taking medicine to lower your blood pressure, avoid Tadora or the blood pressure-lowering medication based on the advice from your doctor.
Avoid the medication if you have heart, liver, or kidney disorders. People who have penile deformities must avoid the medication. If they experience priapism, where the erection is painful and lasts longer than 4 hours, avoid the medication. Patients with eye disease, vision loss, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa (a genetic disorder that causes vision loss), non-arteritic ischemic optical neuropathy, or pressure on eyeballs avoid the medication.
Kidney disease-Tadora 20mg excretes the body through urine. Individuals with kidney disorders cannot filter the medication in the kidney for flushing out of the body. As a result, it will accumulate in the body or blood and cause more damage to the kidney.
Seizure disorder-Seizure leads to uncontrolled body movement because of electrical signal disorders in the brain. Taking Tadora 20mg can aggravate the seizure attacks.
Psychiatric illness-If you have mental illness, severe depression, fear, anxiety, or mental disorders, avoid the medication as it may worsen the condition.
Liver disorders-Challenged liver conditions cannot process Tadora 20mg and accumulate it in the body and blood. It will increase side effects.
Tadora 20mg interactions with other medicines
Taking Tadora 20mg with nitrates, amyl nitrates, and organic nitrate medicines, such as nitroglycerine, is dangerous. Nitrates are vasodilators for treating angina (chest pain). It may lead to a severe drop in blood pressure.
Riociguat medications treat high arterial blood pressure in the lungs. Avoid taking Tadora 20mg with this medication if you are treating high blood pressure in the lungs. It may significantly lower your blood pressure to a dangerous level.
